Riding the Waves, Setting Sail: Launch of the 2023 Hicorp Rising Stars Training Camp!  

To help new employees integrate into the company quickly, identify with the corporate culture, enhance their professional skills, and strengthen their sense of belonging, the "Riding the Waves - 2023 Hicorp Rising Stars Training Camp" of Qingdao Hicorp Group officially commenced on July 17th. Chairman Guan Yangchun and Vice General Manager Chen Xiuyan of the Group attended the ceremony and delivered speeches, while Chai Li, Director of the Office of Human Resources and Legal Affairs, presided over the opening ceremony.

During the opening ceremony, Vice General Manager Chen Xiuyan first extended a warm welcome and congratulations to the new employees for joining the Hicorp family. In her speech, she encouraged the new employees to take this training camp as a starting point to quickly adapt to their new positions, accurately grasp their own roles, approach learning with a "zero" mindset, and maintain a "young, upward, and energetic spirit" along with a strong sense of responsibility. She urged the new employees to actively contribute their ideas and inject new vitality and energy into Hicorp's development.

Chairman Guan Yangchun of the Group delivered an important speech on-site during the opening ceremony. He expressed his expectations for the new employees through the perspectives of "About Me," "About Hicorp," and "About You," analyzing and looking ahead to the company's development situation and future strategies.


When speaking about "Hicorp People," the chairman presented four expectations for the new employees based on their understanding of the "Four Perspectives." Firstly, he advised everyone to cultivate a correct "Enterprise Perspective" by loving the company they work for and focusing on personal growth in intangible assets, cultivation, culture, and personal value. He hoped that everyone would integrate their own lives appropriately with Hicorp, sharing in Hicorp's honor. He also encouraged them not to waste their time at Hicorp. Secondly, he emphasized the importance of establishing a correct "Work Perspective." He suggested that new employees should reflect their personal honor, dignity, and value in their work, making work not just a means to make a living. He hoped that every Hicorp employee would not only gain material rewards but also spiritual rewards, working with dedication and injecting their hearts into their work, leading to a bountiful harvest of both material and spiritual benefits. Thirdly, he emphasized the importance of developing a good "Learning Perspective." As they entered Hicorp and embarked on an endless learning journey, he believed that learning is the most important means in life. He encouraged them to make learning a way of life, learning from mentors and colleagues, as well as acquiring knowledge and skills from books. He advised them to set a standard for themselves and read useful books. Lastly, he urged them to adopt the "Colleague Perspective" advocated by Hicorp. Being able to work with colleagues is a kind of fate, and the relationship between colleagues at Hicorp is one of mutual achievement. He urged them to cherish the friendship between colleagues and, whenever problems arise, to reflect on themselves first, as this is part of Hicorp's culture of self-reflection. Finally, Chairman Guan expressed his hope that the new employees would consider Hicorp's "initial intentions and mission" as their personal values and contribute their own strength within the framework of Hicorp's "initial intentions and mission." He said, "Let Hicorp employees and shareholders live with dignity, and let Chinese manufacturing gain the world's respect!"

After clarifying the rules of the training camp, the new trainees formed groups and elected group leaders through a drawing process. Duan Jing from the Internal Control Center explained the usage of the learning platform to everyone.

This training camp will last for three months and adopt a combination of offline and online learning methods. It will comprehensively cultivate and exercise the new employees' problem-solving abilities and practical skills, enhance their sense of identification and belonging to the company, clarify their roles and responsibilities within the team, and lay a solid foundation for the upcoming journey of work.
